Mark Spain Real Estate Ends 2021 With Record Donation to 104.7 Fish Christmas Wish Family

ATLANTA - Jan. 10, 2022 - PRLog -- Mark Spain Real Estate made it an unforgettable Christmas for one metro Atlanta family during its sixth year contributing to Christian radio station 104.7 Fish Christmas Wish program. In partnership with its Mark Spain Foundation, the Atlanta-based, independent real estate brokerage granted its biggest Fish Wish yet to an Auburn, Ga. family.

Anna is a single mother with a 6-year-old autistic daughter, Rosalie, and 9-year-old son, Jude. The family relocated here from Texas two years ago. Anna has struggled to find work in photography after relocating during the Covid-19 pandemic and having her photography equipment stolen during the move. They live with a life-long friend, surviving on random house-hold jobs provided by friends from church. She was nominated for a Fish Wish by her sister, Danielle.

Mark Spain spoke to Anna on the air to announce Mark Spain Real Estate would be granting their Christmas Wish.

Mark Spain, who is the father of five children, was eager to make this Christmas brighter for Rosalie and Jude. He surprised the family with a carload of gifts at their home December 16.

Mark Spain Real Estate wanted a special surprise to make it truly a Christmas to remember. Two Disney characters were on hand to help Mark announce the family was receiving an all-expense paid trip to Disney World. "This family has been through so much and we wanted to make their Christmas brighter and provide them with opportunities and gifts to set them up for success in 2022," explained Chairman and CEO Mark Spain. The children received new iPads, clothes, shoes, jackets, toys and swim lessons, among other things. Anna received new camera equipment, phone, clothes, gift cards and an interview with a national residential real estate photography company. In addition to Disney World, Mark Spain Real Estate is setting the family up with three months' rent and start-up utility budget.
