PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) Gili Islands 2022 Calendar

With so many different locations offering PADI Instructor Development Courses (IDCs) it can be overwhelming to know which location is best for you. Nowadays you can become a PADI Diving Instructor in almost any country around the world.

Oceans 5 Gili Air offers 9 PADI Instructor Development Courses in 2022. All courses will be conducted by PADI Course Director Sander Buis. Sander Buis is the owner of Oceans 5, PADI Course Director and DDI Instructor Trainer Examiner. His experience is teaching all over the world, his passion of diving and his humour are the pillars of his IDC.

The PADI Instructor Development Course at Oceans 5 is a 20 days course. During this course CD Sander will make you a confident dive instructor. The combination being a PADI Course Director and DDI (Disabled Divers International) Instructor Trainer Examiner adds more value for the IDC candidates. You will become a more flexible instructor. And Sander will show you all different kind of teaching techniques.

After receiving the deposit the PADI IDC starts. Sander will have a video call with you about how to start the IDC and will send you every day dive theory homework. This means when you arrive on Gili Air and the IDC really starts your dive theory is totally refreshed.
