Foodies Remember and Hunger for Foods Gone Extinct

WAIPAHU, Hawaii - Dec. 23, 2021 - PRLog -- Peter Kam, a food technologist/entrepreneur is celebrating four decades of helping people preserve their most precious keepsake recipes for everyone to enjoy.  He has been doing this by helping them create value-added products, the buzz in today's cottage food industry.  The pandemic has fueled this industry because more people are eating at home, and these products also help generate income in time of need.

What motivates Peter is that he still thinks about his grandmother who used to cook an entire nine course Chinese dinner, by herself!  It took several days of preparation. He remembers as a kid, how he helped her by frying the oyster rolls. We would look forward to this family get together every year, when near and distant relatives were invited. After she passed, we could no longer enjoy all the good food she use to make for us.

Peter has helped people all over the world preserve their favorite recipes...for pleasure, profit, and posterity.
