Jacksonville-Based Author Interview on Spotify Original Podcast "Real Pirates" Holiday Special

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Dec. 22, 2021 - PRLog -- Jacksonville-based author, Jeremy R. Moss, was interviewed as part of the Spotify-original podcast, Real Pirates holiday special, "Ho Ho Ho and a Bottle of Rum!"

This most recent episode of Real Pirates, released just in time for the holidays, explores how pirates spent the festive season. It is well-known that that pirates like to party; it's all part of the "merry life" full of rum, music and dancing. Jeremy R. Moss and other pirate historians and authors (including Dr. Rebecca Simon, Colin Woodard and Eric Jay Dolan) share stories of mutinies, beach parties, and nights out in some of the most famous pirate haunts.

Jeremy R. Moss is an emerging author and freelance historian. Jeremy's research is focused on piracy and early colonial maritime history. His first book, The Life and Tryals of the Gentleman Pirate, Major Stede Bonnet has been met with significant praise. Jeremy's second book, the story of Virginia's war on piracy, tells the story of Virginia Governor Francis Nicholson and buccaneer Louis Guittar.
