Dr. West is a graduate of The University of Mobile, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Alabama Theological Seminary, and the Department of Defense Joint Staff College. His military service spanned 41 years, during which he served two Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (Admiral Mullin and General Dempsey). He was also chaplain for the White House Communications Agency during the Clinton administration.
