Rotary Drum Dryer is designed to dry the material which contains high moisture up to 50%. Heat is generated by a hot air generator by wood/Briquettes. Material is conveyed by a screw at the feeding point. Material spread by lifters in the horizontal shells. Hot air is sucked by a fan through a shell in the presence of wet material.

At endpoint material, dry material comes out with the help of cyclone & Rotary valve with required moisture. Evaporated moisture goes in the atmosphere by sucking the fan.
