Histria Books Author Nominated for Prestigious Gourmand International Culinary Awards

LAS VEGAS - Dec. 16, 2021 - PRLog -- Histria Books is pleased to announce that author S.P. Grogan and his culinary mystery has been nominated for the prestigious Gourmand International's Best in the World cookbook awards with winners to be announced in 2022 in Paris.

S.P. Grogan was the only American author nominated in the "Food Novel" category for his culinary work, Captain Cooked, Hawaiian Mystery of Revenge, Romance, and Recipes, and the book also nominated in the category of "Countries and Regions (South Pacific)".  The book has been  re-released as The 10^th Anniversary Special Edition. When originally published the book won an award from the Hawai'i Book Publishers Association.

The Best in the World award is considered the 'Oscars' of the culinary industry.
