Three Snell & Wilmer Attorneys Recognized As 2021 Top Young Diverse Lawyers of OC by OCCDL

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Dec. 8, 2021 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorneys Sarah M. Ayad, Jenny Hua and Chariese R. Solorio have been selected by Orange County Coalition for Diversity in the Law (OCCDL) as 2021 Top Young Diverse Lawyers of OC. This award recognizes the achievements of legal professionals in their legal work as well as their work to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Orange County legal community. The Orange County office was also recognized as a Top Legal Organization for DEI in OC.

The OCCDL is a collaborative effort of professionals from leading Orange County law firms and other community partners committed to achieving cultural diversity in recruiting and retaining law students and attorneys in Orange County.

Ayad focuses her practice in product liability defense in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on automotive, medical device, appliances, and other consumer products. She has assisted in the defense of several companies in complex negligence and products liability cases involving catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death. Hua's practice is concentrated in commercial litigation and appellate litigation. She has handled a wide range of business litigation matters, including defenses of statutory violations. Hua uses creative strategies to help resolve cases early and has brought dispositive motions, including demurrers, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and post-judgment motions. She has also counseled trial teams in preserving the record and drafting jury instructions and motions-in-limine in preparation for appeal. Solorio focuses her practice in product liability litigation, defending motor vehicle manufacturers in complex negligence and product liability cases involving catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death.
