New Criminal Complaint Filed in Oxford High Shooting

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel May Investigate as Homicide

WASHINGTON - Dec. 7, 2021 - PRLog -- A former criminal complaint has been filed with the office of Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.

It requests a formal investigation - by an impartial governmental entity with the "necessary jurisdiction, authority, and investigative tools"  - of the school and of "several of its counselors, teachers, and others whose names are unknown."

The formal criminal complaint and request for investigation was filed by public interest law professor John Banzhaf.

As noted in the filing, Banzhaf filed "a similar complaint in Georgia which has now led to - and formed the formal basis for - a criminal investigation of former President Donald Trump and others who acted in concert with him in a failed attempt to change the electoral vote in that state."

The filing suggests that "you and your office will now be able and willing to undertake this important task in the public interest."
