At the age of ten (10) Lubabalo had a minibus accident which resulted in him not being to walk for six (6) months and a mild brain trauma. irregardless of living with a disability , this well renowned Toastmasters international public speaker and leader continues to be a darer, innovator, disruptive leader, and entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurship continues to grow in the black market and it has the potential to create many opportunities for emerging black youth. The NDP 2030 Youth Ambassador initiative serves as encouragement to South African youth. Programme was conceived as an intervention aimed at promoting youth entrepreneurship to boost economic growth, increase employment, and reduce poverty and inequality. It was envisioned as a significant contributor towards the attainment of the national imperatives of creating an inclusive and more dynamic economic landscape.
