Gourmet New Year's Break in North Wales

BASINGSTOKE, U.K. - Dec. 3, 2021 - PRLog -- Bryan Webb, Head Chef, and co- Proprietor (with wife Susan) of Tyddyn Llan Restaurant with Rooms, on the edge of the village of Llandrillo in north Wales, has created the ultimate two-night, New Year's Eve break for serious foodies!

The break can begin on either Thursday 30 December or Friday 31 December, to suit diners' requirements.

The evening of New Year's Eve will commence with Champagne and canapés, followed by a seven-course dinner with music and dancing from the acclaimed 'Hot Foot Jazz Band'!

At midnight sing along to Al Langsyne and enjoy a firework display in the hotel's spacious grounds to see in 2022.

Renowned as one of the finest chefs in Wales, Bryan's gourmet menu will comprise:

• Dressed crab and langoustine mayonnaise with fennel, avocado, and radish
• Pheasant pudding with bacon and sage
• Vincisgrassi 'Franco Taruschio'
• Roast wild bass with laverbread butter sauce
• Chateaubriand of aged Welsh Black beef au poivre, shallot and thyme puree, salardaise potato
• A selection of British farmhouse cheese from Neal's Yard Dairy
• Baked vanilla cheesecake with blood oranges and Yorkshire rhubarb
• Coffee/teas and petits fours cost £6.50 supplement.

On the morning of New Year's Day, Saturday January 1^st, continental breakfast will be served until 10.00am.

At dinner on both Thursday 30 December and Saturday 1 January the full menu will be available.

The two-night break costs from £440 per person (two sharing a room).  Room upgrades available at a supplement, subject to availability, and guests can stay a third night for £160 per person including dinner, bed and full cooked breakfast (regardless of which room guests are in).
