Up To Par Management Announces New Head Golf Professional At Sparrows Point Country Club

BALTIMORE - Nov. 30, 2021 - PRLog -- Up to Par Management announces the hiring of Brian Meyer as the new Head Golf Professional at Sparrows Point Country Club.

"We are pleased to welcome Brian to the Up to Par family and Sparrows Point Country Club," said Sean Taylor, founder and CEO of Up to Par Management. "We know he will be instrumental in growing our teaching program, helping new members and guests get acclimated with golf, and helping direct shop operations and tournaments," he continued.

Meyer's most recent experience includes Head Golf Professional at Mount Pleasant Golf Course and General Manager/Head Golf Professional at The Club at Patriots Glen (now Patriots Glen National). He also brings five years of experience as the Varsity Golf Coach at Archbishop Curley High School, and has completed over 400 hours of continuing education on club-fitting, teaching, management, and member relations courses through the PGA.

Brian attained his PGA Membership in April of 2000 and earned the Titleist-Footjoy Scholarship award. Brian has over 26 years' experience successfully managing golf operations. He brings with him extensive experience developing programs to generate revenue. Strengths include organization, leadership, training, and development of personnel. Well-known and respected as a player and an inspiring teacher, Brian enjoys working with players of all ability levels. Brian also enjoys woodworking and spending time with his family.
