The Archdiocese of Santa Fe announces timeline for second round of online land auctions

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Nov. 30, 2021 - PRLog -- The Archdiocese has just announced its plan to release the remaining 427 land parcels for an upcoming second online auction in January 2022. The first auction was conducted this year in September and featured 140 parcels situated in three primary counties and the second auction will feature over 400 parcels located in 16 counties throughout New Mexico.

The online auction will be led by Louis B. Fisher III, National Director for SVN Auction Services, LLC, David E. Gilmore, CCIM, Marketing & Operations Manager for SVN Auctions and local SVN | Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage. "As was the case with the first auction this auction will once again afford the opportunity for investors, developers, adjacent property owners and owner operators at all levels to bid on and acquire one, two or more parcels throughout New Mexico," said Fisher.

The Archdiocese will be auctioning parcels of many sizes and possible uses, including residential, commercial, and special uses. "The 427 parcels have been organized into 80 total offerings with some parcels being offered and sold individually and others being sold in packages as was the case in the first auction," said David E. Gilmore.

The auction website www.ASFbankruptcyauction.com will be live on January 3, 2022, with all of the available parcels listed with accompanying information for potential bidders to review and conduct their own independent due diligence investigation and underwriting. The online only auction bidding will begin on Monday, January 31^st and bidding will end on Monday, February 7, 2022.

Registration is required. Eligible bidders must be 18 years of age or older, must provide full contact information with a valid credit card and must read and agree to the auction terms, conditions, and bidding procedures.
