The Spa at Shangri-La Springs reopens

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Nov. 30, 2021 - PRLog -- The Spa at Shangri-La Springs, located in downtown Bonita Springs, has reopened, offering massages, facials and body treatments. The Spa hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

The Spa received a SILVER award for Best Day Spa in Naples Daily News 2020 Best of Bonita/Estero and finalist for Best Day Spa in Gulfshore Life magazine's 2020 Best of the Gulfshore Lee County.

"It's exciting to again be able to offer the community self-care services at our Spa," said Lee Bellamy, general manager. "Restoration of well-being is something Shangri-La Springs has been known for throughout its 100-year history."

The Spa will continue to offer certified wild organic, hand-harvested seaweed-based VOYA spa services and products, inspired by the 300-year-old Irish tradition of seaweed bathing. New products and services are also available with Yon-Ka. Yon-Ka, named "Yon" for a life-giving river with cleansing waters and phonetic link ION energy particles, and "Ka" for part of eternity found in every being in ancient Egypt, is known for rejuvenating organic products. The company was launched in 1954 by sisters, an aesthetician and a biochemist, and has pioneered innovative aromatherapy and phytotherapy formulas that merge botany, science, wellness and beauty. Products will be used in treatments at the spa and available for purchase.

New Yon-Ka services include Yon-Ka Time Resist Facial, an anti-aging treatment that resurfaces the skin to produce a soft texture; Yon-Ka Classic Facial, which includes a five-phase deep cleansing ritual; Yon-Ka Sun Recovery Facial for pre- or post-sun that is ultra-hydrating to repair sunburned skin for immediate relief; and Yon-Ka Vital Defense Facial to detoxify and conquer the effect of free radical damage caused by environmental pollutants.
