Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care Achieves Partner Level Two - We Honor Veterans

OKLAHOMA CITY - Dec. 1, 2021 - PRLog -- Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care is proud to have been awarded Partner Level Two with the We Honor Veterans (WHV) Community Partner program. The WHV partners recognize the unique needs of America's veterans and their families. The WHV program levels foster an obligation to provide the best quality of care to those who have served our country. The care-team members are committed to improving care for Oklahoma's veterans. Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care has the ability and resources to support the patient when there are specific needs related to the veteran's military service, combat experience or other traumatic events.

Ongoing training enables our team members to provide specialized care to our veterans facing life-limiting illness.
