PRLog -- The Global Intervention Assistance Foundation is a nonprofit humanitarian organization that works globally to save lives, defeat poverty, and achieve social justice. Our mission is to promote self-sufficiency, safety, and long-term independence of adult and child victims of domestic violence, family violence, poverty, forced labor, and human trafficking through a proven solution of financial empowerment services for survivors.
Human trafficking is a multi-billion-
dollar enterprise, and it's one of the fastest-growing illicit industries in the world. Every year, traffickers earn approximately 39 billion on exploitation of children alone.
Please donate to help mothers like Vu and families fight human trafficking in an effort to bring their daughters back home. Vu has been searching for her missing daughter Dua who was kidnapped in 2018 in Ha Giang, a northern Vietnamese province bordering China. The area has experienced a high volume of human trafficking victims, mostly from poor communities that are sold by family members or kidnapped against their will. Human trafficking is a global epidemic, which needs more awareness worldwide. Your generosity will help raise awareness and make a difference in the fight against human trafficking.
Funding will be utilized to provide services, which include investigation, rescue, housing, shelter, food, clothing, medical, mental health, dental services, interpreter/
translator services, criminal justice victim advocacy, legal services, social services advocacy, literacy education and employment assistance. Thanks for helping others by giving!
