CRC coordinators provide resume writing assistance, interviewing skills training, employability workshops, and digitals skills training to increase opportunities for employment, advancement and independence. "Goodwill Southwest Florida is appreciative of this support from the Truist Foundation," There are eight CRC's, collocated within Goodwill SWFL retail stores, and they serve people in Lee, Collier, Charlotte and Hendry counties. In 2020, Goodwill SWFL provided assistance to nearly 25,000 people.
