Mike Petrucceli & Ralph Vitiello Lead Their North East Banks Into 2022

Mike Petruccelli serves as Regional Vice President of Sales at Northpointe Bank. In this capacity, Mike is responsible for the execution of all sales initiatives, achieving and exceeding all sales goals, influencing and driving growth to ensure short- and long-term revenue expansion in the Northeast Region.

Prior to his current role with  Northpointe Bank Mike Petruccelli co-founded Maverick Funding Corp. in 2007 and served as the company's President. Petruccelli provided leadership to position Maverick Funding as an industry best for lending. Petruccelli actively contributed to the developing strategy  plan to advance the company's mission and objectives  to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. The company was sold in 2015 to Home Point Financial where Mr. Petruccelli served as Managing Director of Retail Sales. He is accountable for the development and implementation of innovative sales programs while ensuring these programs align with the overall business strategy.

Ralph Vitiello serves as Regional Vice President of Northpointe Bank's Northeast Region. Ralph is responsible for driving consistent growth throughout the N.E region by leveraging initiatives to surpass sales goals, generating both long term and short term revenue expansion that better serve its customers.

In 2005, Ralph was awarded Business Man of the Year from the Italian American Federation. Ralph was appointed to  Secretary Preston's advisory board under the George Bush administration for the last 200 days of office to spearhead the recovery of the mortgage crisis of 2007 and 2008. Along with Mike Petruccelli, Ralph co-founded Maverick Funding- developing operational tactics that guided Maverick to a profitable organization, later the duo sold the company to Home Point Financial - Homepointe would transition to Northpointe with Ralph as an integral part of its change. Having been in the Home Lending Industry for nearly 30 years, Ralph Vitiello is a well respected leader in the financial services industry. Ralph Vitiello has a degree in Business Administration from Morris College and studied Finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
