Los Angeles Area Author Wins Prestigious Award

LOS ANGELES - Nov. 18, 2021 - PRLog -- Los Angeles area author William R. Hincy has won the American Fiction Award for his anthology of short fiction, Without Expiration. First published in November 2019, Without Expiration has also been a finalist for two International Book Awards, the Eric Hoffer Award, and was an honorable mention in the Hollywood Book Fest.
