There are so many health benefits from drinking water. Make sure you have around 8 glasses during your day, and spread them out.

This will give you more energy (yes, more than an energy drink!!). You will be more focussed, feel happier, and as a bonus you will actually feel more full. This will make you much less likely to be reaching for a snack.

It will do your body tremendous good if you can cut out certain negative effects to your body such as drinking alcohol, fatty greasy food, and takeaways.

Not only will these benefit you in your weight loss, you will actually feel better. You will sleep better, and your mood will improve significantly. Not only this but you will actually save money!

Another point I really want to touch on is social media.

Social media can be very toxic.

What you must remember, is the person people portray themselves as on their accounts, is the person they WANT you to see. Not necessarily the person they are.

Just because Karen from the school run posts on facebook twice a day every day about going to the gym, does not reflect on you at all.

I know it can be very tough, and we are all guilty of this from time to time, but try not to let this affect how you feel about yourself.

The following day, you will be more energised and motivated to do things like eating better and exercising.
