Indigenous Film Retreats Accepting Free Submissions

Live & In-Person, Short Film Makers Gather in Rancho Cucamonga, Southern California 91730 USA to Witness their Films' Screenings plus Discuss Marketing of their petite motion picture during International Indigenous Peoples' Holiday weekend 10/8-10/22
 
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - Nov. 18, 2021 - PRLog -- The 8th annual IndigenousFilmRetreats.com (IFR) will be composed of three different population targeted short film marketing retreats: 10/8/22 BlackMovieFest (BMF), 10/9/22 Inland Empire Film Festival (IEFF) and on the Holiday itself, Indigenous Film Fest (IFF) 10/10/22.

With each shorts' representative attending live & in-person at least their own film's screening block in order to discuss the marketing of their little movie, BMF films will be officially selected from the African diaspora, IEFF selections are from Southern California and IFF entries must explain from where in the World their culture originates in order to qualify for showcasing.

Each attending film maker wins a matted & framed commemorative poster and genre specific, engraved medallion award from their particular retreat. Plus attending film makers compete for IFR Grand Prize, Top Commercial & Top Poster trophies presented only to films' representatives who attend the 10/10/22 Holiday awards breakfast.

The first Special Guest Judge identified to serve IRF for 2022 is San Francisco's Carmen Milagro. Carmen is the lead vocalist/founder of the Blue Moon Gypsies band, host of "From The Ground Up" on MillionaireFlix.com, CBD-Educator, Confidence Strategist & author. Also, this majestic Latina is scheduled to croon a tune as artistic introduction just prior to the 2022 Keynote Address.

Already scheduled for BFM screening & marketing discussion is "Black History Month 2022 - a Phillip E. Walker Memoir", which is being developed exclusively for distribution at the Inland Empire Films' StreamingFilmChannel.com. Additional under 16 minute in length films and/or videos may be submitted to IFR for free throughout the remainder of 2021 at https://wfcn.co/festival/Indigenous.

Further, Special Guest Presenter 2022 candidates are currently being interviewed to deliver a performer employment workshop at BFM, such as this year's Hollywood Actor Jobs workshop https://youtu.be/kxn1W6O8Un0; the entertainment labor diversity & inclusion Keynote Address at IEFF and the Native American Closing Presentation at Noon on Monday's Indigenous Peoples' Holiday itself.



Finally, San Jose State University Professor Emeritus Dr. Ethel Pitts Walker and Hollywood talent Phillip E. Walker-MFA hosts the event, which will again be sponsored by Inland Empire Films and Atlanta's Total Sanitizer.
