Shangri-La Springs offers festive 'Holiday Dinner Under the Stars' Dec. 16

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Nov. 15, 2021 - PRLog -- Shangri-La Springs is offering "Holiday Dinner Under the Stars" Dec. 16 in the courtyard from 6 to 8:30 p.m. with music by David Hunter.

Dinner will include salad, entrée and dessert will be served banquet style, with a cash bar for beer and wine. Catered by Artichoke & Company, entrees will be a choice of chicken, fish or vegetarian dishes.

The first course includes a hand-tossed Caesar salad. Entrees include a choice of chicken breast stuffed with fresh baby spinach, fontina cheese and served with roasted potatoes and garden vegetables; pan-seared North Atlantic salmon with jasmine rice pilaf, Juliann of garden vegetables and ginger aromatic sauce; or quinoa-stuffed bell peppers with black beans, carrots, mushrooms, celery and onion flavored with cumin with grilled vegetables. Dessert will be New York cheesecake with fresh strawberry sauce.

Reservations will be limited to 100, with a maximum table size of eight. Tickets are $50 per person, including tax and gratuity. For reservations, email reservations@shangrilasprings.com and provide entrée choice when making the reservation.
