Be advised that SoundMax may now be a division of ProPics Canada Media Ltd but continues to provide award winning services and equipment. Our online suite of planning tools and music database is once again live on our website and we are looking forward to working with you again.

Unlike some Canadian DJ's, Event Services Providers and Venues, SoundMax DJ Services ensured that every event which we were booked for prior to the industry close down were refunded in full immediately upon the announcement of pandemic related closures. We voluntarily reached out to every client and provided 100% refunds immediately. We were concerned for the clients who had events booked and were having struggles with getting refunds from other service providers. We wanted our clients to know that not only, did we have their backs, but also that we would be here for them when the time was right to reopen.

ProPics Canada Media Ltd has clients around the world. We want everyone of them to know that we are more than just a business name, we are a proud service provider that does everything we can to ensure their happiness in all interactions with our company. We are not solely focused on today and tomorrow. We will be here for the long term and customer satisfaction will ensure a long term client retention. We could be providing a service tomorrow for a clients' wedding but we also want to be there to provide services at their 10th anniversary celebration and beyond.

The benefit to our clients is that they can book all media services for their event under one roof. It is not uncommon for ProPics Media to be providing the DJ Services, Lighting, Photo booths and Selfie Stations through to the photography and videography services for the same events. It makes everything work in the media aspects of the event. It also costs the client less as the services can all be bundled.
