Morgan is passionate about assisting startups with all sorts of matters, including entity formation, debt and equity financing, intellectual property management, contract drafting and data privacy compliance. As a software developer and startup founder herself, Morgan offers a unique perspective when it comes to counseling technology startups but enjoys working with all types of businesses. She also counsels investors and venture capital funds who invest in emerging growth companies.

Morgan graduated Order of the Coif from the University of North Carolina School of Law and served as both a staff and board member of the North Carolina Law Review. Morgan received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, where she also minored in Hispanic Studies.
