Prairie Represents Florikan ESA LLC in its Sale to Profile Products LLC

OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. - Nov. 9, 2021 - PRLog -- Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. ("Prairie") is pleased to announce Florikan ESA LLC ("Florikan" or the "Company") has been acquired by Profile Products LLC ("Profile"). Prairie acted as exclusive financial advisor in this transaction to Florikan and its shareholders and was led by Tim Witt and Dan DeLap of Prairie. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
