TupeloLife Digital Therapeutics to Present RPM Hypertension Control Program at Scientific Sessions
The Remote Patient Monitoring Company will Present Strategies to Achieve Positive Blood Pressure Outcomes for Patient with Chronic Conditions at the American Heart Association's Annual Conference
TupeloLife's first session will take place on Saturday and will be a panelist discussion on Self-Measured Blood Pressure Platforms and Devices. This panel will include a description of the technology platforms that are used to support self-measured blood pressure (SMBP), especially in under-resourced communities. On Sunday, TupeloLife will present their company research and finding of their Value Based RPM program in the Innovation Showcase.
"We are excited to present our RPM Hypertension Control Program outcomes," said Rob Sanchez, Chief Operating Officer at TupeloLife DTx. "Using the Association's CarePlans along with our nurse led RPM program has led to positive control and drop in systolic readings. We've designed a simple and personable program to help our patients better manage and understand the importance of controlling their blood pressures."
Scientific Sessions 2021 offers the global educational experience to improve cardiovascular health, champion scientific discovery, and innovate clinical practice. The three-day event will feature talks, panels, symposiums, and virtual exhibitions.
