Angela Terrill returns to Real Estate / Property Management and finds her passion

CARSON CITY, Nev. - Nov. 2, 2021 - PRLog -- After 2 years of working with over 170 properties as an Office Manager, she became a Licensed Assistant to the Broker/Owner. Then, Angela decided to try it on her own and joined PIONEER REAL ESTATE CENTER she moved her license and her 10+ homes over in September of 2021.

Moving to Pioneer Real Estate Center has enabled her to once again use the Real Estate side of her license along with her Property Management skills. She offers a Full Service Management Menu which includes, but is not limited to, full inspections with 30+ photos at Move In, Move Out and Lease Renewals.  She performs full Credit and Background checks on all applicants and personally will show her investors rental homes to potential tenants.  She is always available to her investors and deeply invested in her work. She tries to customize her management services around her owners without sacrificing service or services.

Personally overseeing all the work orders, invoices, applications, evictions, tenants needs, and her owners investments, she has been described by an owner as his "pit bull" against difficult tenants, while being thanked by for going the extra mile by her tenants when helping them through a situation.

Angela has a combined 10 years experience as a REALTOR / Real Estate Agent, was a Broker/Owner Licensed Assistant with a 170+ homes inventory, and 2 years in Property Management moving into her 3rd year. Currently Angela has 15 homes of her own and is Assisting her current Broker / Owner with an inventory of over 80 homes.
