Garden City Realty recognizes its Agent of the Month, Drew Streett

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Nov. 1, 2021 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, a full-service real estate office, is pleased to announce that Drew Streett is the Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent of October.

With more than six million in sales in 2020, CCAR ranks Streett within the top 13 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. As recognition for his outstanding 2020 MLS ranking, Streett was named a GCR Gold Club Level REALTOR. Likewise, he was named the firm's Top GCR Rental Referral Agent of the Year and Top Leading RE Outgoing Transactions Agent of the Year; he shares recognition as the Top CRM Selling Agent of the Year and Top Total CRM Transactions Agent of the Year. Likewise, he is the firm's top Selling Agent for August and December. Additionally, he received the prestigious SCR REALTOR® of the Year award in December.

Year-to-date, Streett ranks within the top three percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with nearly 15 million in sales. He is the firm's Top Listing Agent for January and July, Top Selling Agent for July, and Top Listing Agent for the third quarter. Streett has been with GCR since 2001 and has held many state and local REALTOR® association leadership positions. Most recently, he served as the 2019 President of the South Carolina REALTORS®.
