PRLog -- Tis the season to be shopping, and the Southern Ocean Chamber members are getting ready to assist with those lists. The annual Shop Small Holiday Kick off will take place at the Mainland Manahawkin on Wednesday, November 17 beginning with registration at 8am. Local businesses will have a chance to pick up this year's Shop Small Saturday swag, as well as LBI Region Holiday Shop Small Win Big pass information, as the region's chamber kicks off a new way to connect customers with local businesses.
In addition to a full breakfast buffet and networking, the program will feature a presentation with Q & A from New Jersey Business Action Center on the new rules for single use bags and containers that will go into effect in 2022. The event will then turn to local business promotion, the Shop Small Win Big Holiday Pass launch sponsored by Manasquan Bank, the premiere screening of the LBI Region Holiday Eat, Drink & Buy video along with updates and announcements. The chamber will also promote the Dec 8 Holiday Cocktail party for businesses to attend for a festive evening out with staff and clients.
Advanced registration is recommended, cost for breakfast, program and networking is $30 per person.
