John A. K. Lowe Joins New Advisory Board Of International Business Circle
Expanding IBC activities throughout the USA and Internationally
Lowe has started companies in over forty countries, and staffed the leadership roles. He is multi-lingual, and has lived in Brazil and Peru. Currently, he is President of Hilltop Global Associates, LLC, a consultancy dedicated to fixing executive leadership and organizational problems for global businesses. He also serves on a number of Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards.
Previously, Lowe enjoyed a successful career as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)/senior HR executive with leading US multinationals, such as Brink's, GTECH, Seagram's, and RCA Corporation. He began his career with Cummins Engine in the UK before transferring to the US.

Lowe served in the British Army and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Royal Signals. He holds dual US and UK citizenships. A proud Scot, he grew up in a coal mining village and worked underground as a "Tunnel Tiger" on the Cruachan hydropower project. In 2003, the Scottish Parliament appointed Lowe as a Founding Member of GlobalScot, its worldwide business network. He lives with his family in Prescott, Arizona.
