New Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant, Breakfast at Victoria's Opens in Sarasota FL

SARASOTA, Fla. - Oct. 27, 2021 - PRLog -- Breakfast at Victoria's, a new breakfast and lunch restaurant and bakery opened its doors on September 14, 2021. Breakfast at Victoria's is located in the corner of the shopping center at 4141 South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota. The menu features a mix of traditional American and Italian cuisine as well as a full Italian bakery.

Family owned and operated by chef Luigi Raso and his wife Eleanora, the restaurant gets it's name from the famous movie, with a twist for the name of their first born daughter, Victoria. Breakfast at Victoria's is the product of a long awaited dream to offer a taste of their homeland of Italy blended with the American cuisine they've come to know and love. The breakfast menu embraces traditional dishes of eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, pancakes and waffles, to modern fare like the poached eggs atop avocado toast  with bacon,  as well as the more exotic Cornetto French toast.

For lunch, diners can choose from a variety of sandwiches, salads and Italian favorites, as well as a burger and vegan options. Farm fresh eggs and local produce are the stars of the menu. As owner Eleanora Raso elaborates, "We strive to serve only the best quality products and choose local and organic farm to table ingredients whenever possible. We want our customers to not only enjoy our cooking but to know that we use the freshest and healthiest options and support our local farmers."

Supporting the menu is a full Italian bakery with breads and pastries baked from scratch using family recipes from Italy. After hours, the restaurant is available to rent for private parties and catering is an option on location or for take-out. All bakery items including cakes and breads can be ordered in advance for larger quantities. In addition to the food, Breakfast at Victoria also offers a full coffee bar, wines and mimosas. Menu prices range from $10 to $20 per plate.
