Along with this, practices such as mindfulness, self esteem, positive outlook to life also impacts mental health. So an integrated approach to mental health is a great way to go. This not only addresses one issues but all those that have an impact on it. Common symptoms of mental health issues are lack of interest, suicidal thoughts, extreme change in appetite & sleep, restlessness, inability to function properly, extreme changes in mood often, hearing & seeing things that don't exist. It has to be addressed so that the person can live a good life. Some children with speech, behavior and memory disabilities need extra care so they can lead a normal life like any other children.
