The first step in achieving a customer-centric communication strategy is investing in user-generated content. "User-generated content is also a great way to be customer-centric while addressing customers' challenges. This way, the information is coming directly from the customer, and customers are helping each other. This also encourages sharing and engagement because humans often enjoy sharing and reading what our friends write", says Amanda.
