Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care Of Denver Achieves Partner Level Three - We Honor Veterans

DENVER - Oct. 25, 2021 - PRLog -- Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care of Denver is proud to have been awarded Partner Level Three with the We Honor Veterans Community Partner program. We Honor Veterans partners recognize the unique needs of America's Veterans and their families.

The organization's purpose is to meet and exceed industry standards and patient expectations, focusing on each patient's medical, emotional, and spiritual needs, while guiding them through their end-of-life journey.
