Weekend of empowerment benefitting victims of domestic violence, mental illness, and homelessness

HOUSTON - Oct. 14, 2021 - PRLog -- Now in its 10th year, Breakfree Ministries is bringing awareness to domestic violence, mental illness, and homelessness via empowerment conferences, fashion show, and a stage play. This includes "Sister Hold My Hand" (Women Empowerment), (The ReBirth Conference), "D'Elegance Around the Kings and Queens" (Fashion Show) and "Why Do love ❤️ Hurt So Much" (Stage Play) - a Red Carpet Event. The events will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, 12101 Shadow Creek Parkway, Pearland, TX 77584 from October 15th to 17th, 2021.

Join First Lady Niecy Dobbins and a group of phenomenal panelists and speakers at the ReBirth Empowerment Conference "Sister Hold My Hand" on Friday October 15, 2021 from 10 am to 2 pm. With theme "Women of Empowerment", the conference is designed to empower, encourage, uplift, motivate and revitalize men and women of all ages.

The designers for D 'Elegance Around the Kings & Queens fashion show include Kimma Wreh (TeKay Designs), Gwen West (Alexandria Lee Daniels), Aleshia Whitaker-Porter, Lewis Johnson (One Lions Roar Imports), A.D. Robinson (J. Coreyon Fashion), Niqua Brown (Pink Royalty Boutique), and Shareece Gregory (All4UBoutique). Red Carpet Host - Kris Bryant and Chenica Grant - Fashion show Emcee.  The fashion Show will be held on Saturday October 16, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM CDT.

The stage play, "Why Do Love ❤️ Hurt So Much", is about a young lady's real life struggles with Domestic Violence & Mental Illness.   It is a phenomenal performance of a journey portraying the true story of Clarita Wilson that began in abuse and childhood sexual trauma which led to domestic violence, mental illness and family dysfunction, but gave way to a victorious, redemptive ending. Niecy Dobbins is the Producer/ Director/ Writer and Tiffany Joseph is the Co-Director / Co-Writer. The Stage Play, is scheduled for Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM CDT.
