Award Winning Author and Book Coach, Wisdom Mupudzi says it's a great tool. He is no longer stranger to journaling, as it's a tool that he has used for several years. Wisdom also says, journaling in combination with the power of affirmations, that can often provide that positive atmosphere. This is what he has done, to put two together a new ebook, Thirty Days of power. This utilizes a combination of internal positive speech through declarations plus journaling prompts that will help in a big way. '
''I personally have used journaling and it has helped me maintain peace, start my day with clarity, gain perspective and also help clarify and set my intentions'', Wisdom explains. We live in a chaotic world, and many times all many people need are a few minutes of silence, to pause and reflect every day. According to Wisdom, words have power, presence and prophetic implications.
Earlier this year Wisdom was interviewed on Ticker News an Australian Channel as well as America Tonight Radio Show. American Tonight reaches millions per week and is hosted by Kate Delaney. He was interviewed on his published works. Some of his books include Two Award Winning Books, Uncommon Destiny Uncommon Partner and Unleash the Book Within, which won an Award this year. He is back again with, Thirty Days of Power, a resource designed to give you power over your day and your life in a new way.
Many people start their day with social media and they allow social media to set their agenda for they day. For example, people scroll on social media and then in no time, they are commenting and replying to comments and before their day is in fully swing they are already upset, angry or pissed off by a comment or something they saw on social media. Whereas, by starting the day in silence, many people can be intentional about their day, and many times people are being bombarded with tons of choices and so much going on, ''internally'', journaling can be a tool and a resource to help one get perspective etc.
