By: Southern Ocean County Chamber The event will be providing a look back at the 2021 Summer tourism season and insight into trends impacting gaming, hospitality and tourism businesses in the shore communities. A moderator and panel of experts, drawn from local industry and Stockton University, will share their review of the 2021 tourism season, projections for Fall 2021, and their perspectives on emerging trends affecting the gaming, hospitality & tourism industries in the region. The panel will be moderated by Jane Bokunewicz, Phd, with panelists including Lori Pepenella, CDME, Michael Busler, Phd Professor of Business Studies - Finance at Stockton, Jamie Hoagland Director of Marketing at Tennessee Avenue Liquor and Larry Seig CEO of Meet AC. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism (LIGHT) at Stockton University provides a forum for public policy discussions regarding the gaming, hospitality and tourism industries in New Jersey. The Levenson Institute engages our faculty, students and others in research, conferences and report writing to support sound decision making among policy makers and leaders in the region's three largest industries. The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce serves as the professional chamber and accredited Destination Marketing Organization for the Long Beach Island Region.
