OptoKnowledge Wins A Prime Position On Multi-Billion Dollar Eglin AFB IDIQ Contract

TORRANCE, Calif. - Oct. 1, 2021 - PRLog -- The United States Air Force has selected Opto-Knowledge Systems, Inc. (OptoKnowledge) for a prime position on the Air Force's multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC), a 10-year contract with a $46 billion ceiling value. The contract's primary purpose matches OptoKnowledge's Mission Statement – to bring Agility, Innovation, and Disruption to the development of future weapon systems, through the Digital Trinity of agile software development, open architectures, and digital engineering and management. The Air Force expects to fund programs in digital engineering and model-based systems engineering, agile processes, open systems architecture, weapons integration, and enterprise data analytics for Eglin AFB and its mission partners.
