Flippo Construction Company, Inc Awarded 3rd Miss Utility Dig Smart Award

FORESTVILLE, Md. - Sept. 27, 2021 - PRLog -- On Wednesday, September 22, 2021 the Miss Utility MD/DC Damage Prevention Committee awarded Flippo Construction Company, Inc with the 2020-2021 Dig Smart Award for Maryland. This was Flippo's third time receiving the award. The Dig Smart Award is presented annually to underground utility contractors in Washington DC and Maryland, who excel in underground utility damage prevention. The winners were determined by a select panel of industry experts after a review of each nominated company's damage prevention practices to include damage prevention procedures, employee training programs, and enforcement of damage prevention laws.

The award will be presented to Flippo at the annual Greater Chesapeake Damage Prevention Training Conference (GCDPTC) on Friday, October 29, 2021 in Ocean City, Maryland.
