Tutanota LLC Amends Tender Offer for up to 1,000,000 Shares of Common Stock of salesforce.com, inc

NEW YORK - Sept. 24, 2021 - PRLog -- Tutanota LLC ("Purchaser") announces an amendment to its previously-announced tender offer (the "Offer") to acquire up to 1,000,000 shares of common stock (the "Shares") of salesforce.com, inc. for $240.00 per Share (the "Offer Price"), such that the Offer will expire 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday, October 15, 2021, unless further extended or earlier terminated (the "Expiration Date"). The Offer was previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday, April 1, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.
