Mizner Country Club Steps Up Partnership With Technogym As Hub Of Education, Fitness And Wellness

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Sept. 23, 2021 - PRLog -- Mizner Country Club and Technogym have taken the next step in ramping up their fitness partnership through a new joint training seminar program. Technogym has selected Mizner as its flagship venue for training industry fitness and wellness professionals.

As part of the program, Mizner will host quarterly, invitation-only, seminars, the first of which was recently completed. Topics for the programs include bridging the gap between fitness & golf and fitness & tennis, and their keynote seminar, Technogym's Master Trainer program. Upon completion, fitness professionals completing the course receive a digital certification as a Technogym Master Trainer. The course curriculum is planned between Dr. Marty Miller, Director of Education & Training at Technogym, and Daniyel Gavrilov, Director of Fitness at Mizner Country Club.

Gavrilov further noted that as part of the partnership, new Technogym equipment will be brought to Mizner's fitness center for trials before it launches in other areas. "It could be anything from new technology added to our Technogym treadmills to group cycle kiosks, new rowers, or bikes; the options are vast and we will have exclusive first access," he shares.

Mizner's Fitness Center encompasses 6,000 square feet and houses over 50 pieces of Technogym equipment.  It is part of the Club's recent $22 million expansion project completed two years ago. The Club was the first U.S. Country Club on the east coast in Florida to be equipped as a Total Technogym Fitness Center. The state-of-the-art equipment gives users a 'Connected Wellness Experience' —  using technology to personalize training. Each piece of equipment connects to a user's mobile device so everyone can keep track of their fitness, set goals, find their content, and utilize special training programs while gauging their progress on any equipment. Users can also access their information and training programs on any Technogym machine, from anywhere, and from any personal device.
