With RecruitSolut, hiring managers complete an extensive questionnaire exclusive to the role and select from among a dozen or more job tasks relevant to success on the job at that company; the latter, Hammond notes, is critical as not all companies operate the same way even if job titles are the same at other companies. This information is then sent to recruiters who, with more detailed information, improve recruiting accuracy. Hiring managers receive auto-generated candidate evaluation questions and a candidate response scoring mechanism to improve hiring objectivity, fairness, diversity and accuracy. It also keeps recruiters and hiring managers mindful of their own effectiveness.
