Scottsdale Leadership Celebrates New Core Program Class

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Sept. 13, 2021 - PRLog -- Scottsdale Leadership, a non-profit civic organization designed to develop diverse community leaders, is proud to announce 34 candidates selected for its exclusive 36th Core Program Class.

The program welcomes 34 new leaders in the nine-month journey focused on topics including Scottsdale History, Education and Government, Public Safety, Sustainable Initiatives, Human Services, Diversity and Inclusion, Economic Development, Health and Vitality, Education, Arts and Culture. Following the robust education program, each class of graduates participates in impactful, sustainable projects through its Project Lead it Forward program, giving the established or emerging leaders the opportunity to leave a life-long footprint in the community.

"We are committed to providing high quality leadership training designed to cultivate leadership skills, empathy and civil discourse in a challenging time with unrest and unease across our country on a national and local level.  Scottsdale Leadership will examine new norms in each of these topic days to creatively and innovatively lead in the future," stated Executive Director Lee Ann Witt.
