How to Change Comcast Email and Password

Step #1- Discovering Your Purpose

First, log in to your Xfinity email. At the top of the screen, you will see four navigation buttons: "Buy / Upgrade", "My Account", "Support", "My Xfinity". Click on the "My Account" button.
Below the summary of your activity are a series of blue buttons. Click on the one that says "Manage users settings".

Step 2 - Choose a new password

You will be asked to enter your current password on the next page. After doing this, you will be able to enter a new password. However, there are some rules. The new password must be between eight and sixteen characters long, with at least one number, uppercase, and lowercase characters.
You can also change your secret question or answer here, although it is not required. When you are ready, click the "Submit" button. Now you can log in with your new password.

Step 3 - Change Email

Start logging in with your regular email address. Go to the "User Settings" tab at the top of the screen. You will see a link that says "Change username" - click on it.
Above, there is an option to add an additional email address. Click the "Edit" button on the right Enter your secondary address. You must also enter your password here so that Comcast can verify that you are indeed authorized to do so.

Step 4 - Reset your password/username
