Mitel brings MiCloud Flex communication and collaboration offering in Singapore

TIONG BAHRU, Singapore - Sept. 13, 2021 - PRLog -- After a successful launch in Australia, Mitel^®, a global leader in business communications, announced today the availability of its flagship private cloud communications solution in Singapore.

The solution, sold as a service through Mitel's channel partners, answers the rising need for Singaporeans to get agile and efficient communications tools to embrace new ways of working. Dell's recent research found nearly half of all respondents believed their employers could do more to provide them with the right tools for remote work. Almost a third of respondents said virtual collaboration and communication tools were most important, while 42% demanded productivity-enhancing resources.

From a channel partners perspective, MiCloud Flex represents opportunities for new recurring revenue streams and the ability to offer customers an accelerated path to the cloud of their choice.
