This Grand Opening and Patient Appreciation Celebration is from 3:00-5:30pm and includes music, raffle prizes, a swag wheel, and shaved ice served by Dr. Jeffrey Kwong himself at the Kona Shaved Ice Truck. Raffle prizes include:
