PRLog -- Dana Burtin (also known by his moniker "LyricalGenes")
has been selected for a plethora of film festivals around the world and has won awards in categories like:
Best Music Video and
Best Lyricist. But now, Burtin is on track to receiving more film festivals awards than the previous year. So far, Burtin has been selected for a multitude of national and international film festivals in India, Atlanta, Pennsylvania, and Miami. Burtin's music videos like: "Heroes of 2020", "I Can't Breathe/Perception"
, and "Long Road" are being selected by film fests to showcase. Outside of music, Burtin's tennis short film entitled "Against Yourself" has been selected for festivals in the
Best Short Story and/or
Documentary categories. In regard to the tennis short film, since the film correlates mental health with sports, Burtin tagged Naomi Osaka on social media to try and get her attention and has gained the attention of Osaka's publicist. In addition, Burtin tagged tennis legend, Serena Williams, on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
