Colliers hires Regional Operations Manager for West-Central Florida
Scott Sadove joins firm to oversee marketing, office operations and finance
"Having Scott come on as a member of the team dedicated to overseeing these core operational areas of the business enhances our ability to serve our clients, conduct deeper analysis and continue to grow the organization within our region," said Danny Rice, Executive Managing Director & Market Leader for Colliers Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida. "It's an exciting time, and Scott's expertise fits very well in our overall business strategy."
In the past few years, Colliers had added over two dozen new employees in Central Florida, Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida. Notably, leadership recently hired a Research Associate to enhance the firm's regional market research capabilities, and additional brokerage professionals in the multifamily, office, retail and industrial sectors across the three markets. In the same time period, the firm has also hired experts that bring new specialties to the firm, including affordable housing capabilities.
Sadove brings to his new role at Colliers two decades of diverse commercial real estate experience specializing in asset management, marketing, leasing and portfolio oversight. In his career, he has had operational responsibility for retail shopping centers, professional offices, multi-family properties and mixed-use centers. He has held significant roles with both publicly-traded real estate investment trusts (REITS) and private developers.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sadove was General Manager at Washington Prime Group & KRIG in Sanford, Fla., where he managed over 1.1 million square feet of commercial space. He has also served as General Manager at Tanger Outlet Centers in Daytona Beach, Fla., General Growth Properties in Lakeland, Fla., and Simon Property Group in Orlando, among other positions.
Sadove earned a bachelor's degree in human and organizational management from Vanderbilt University, and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and finance from Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College. The Daytona Beach News-Journal recognized him in its list of 40 Under 40 in 2017.
Sadove has volunteered for and supported the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce, the Sanford Chamber of Commerce, Halifax Health in Volusia County, the Volusia County School District, Seminole County's Special Needs Abilities Program (SNAP), and Seminole County Public Schools' arts and sciences programs.
