Moss Foundation Raises $50K for School Supplies
In its 16th annual school supply drive, the Moss Foundation raised $50K for tri-county area schools and then personally delivered the new supplies to several local Title 1 public schools.

The Foundation donated uniforms, shoes, socks, undergarments, backpacks, spiral notebooks, loose-leaf paper, composition books, binders, hand sanitizer, markers, pencils, pens, crayons, pencil holders, glue sticks, scissors, headphones, power strips, and classroom size pencil sharpeners.
"The Moss Foundation strives to contribute to the community in tangible ways that produce an immediate and positive impact on our neighbors. The pandemic has taken a toll on family finances, and those negative impacts directly affect students. We wanted to contribute in a positive way that provided kids with a fresh start to the school year," said President of the Moss Foundation, Chad Moss.
Moss' CEO, Scott Moss, along with 10 other superintendents, interns and employees departed the Foundation's warehouse together in their fleet vehicles to make deliveries at each location. Recipient schools included South Grade Elementary, Meadow Park Elementary and Barton Elementary in Palm Beach County; North Lauderdale Elementary, Martin Luther King Elementary, Northside Elementary, Thurgood Marshall Elementary, and Sheridan Park Elementary in Broward County; Kinloch Elementary, Phyllis Wheatley Elementary, and Santa Clara Elementary in Miami-Dade County.
