OC Partner Eric Pezold Elected President of Constitutional Rights Foundation Board of Directors

The Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County is a local non-profit, non-partisan education organization dedicated to empowering Orange County youth to be active, responsible citizens through participation in high-quality, interactive civic and law-related education programs that connect students directly with professionals and community leaders. Its' programs have been making a positive difference in the lives of Orange County teens for 40 years. As President of the Board of Directors, Pezold will continue to work with other board members to support the mission and programs of the CRF-OC.
Pezold's practice is concentrated primarily in bankruptcy, reorganization, creditor's rights, foreclosure, receivership, Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors ("ABCs"), and workout law; federal and state court commercial and business litigation; and real estate tax investments. He has been involved with CRF-OC since 2009. Pezold joined the Career Forum Committee in 2011, where he has served as co-chair since 2014. Pezold is also an active member of the California Receiver's Forum, serving as the Co-Chair of the Education Committee and a member of the Board of Directors since 2015.
